Job Description:
- Support & Troubleshooting Provide support for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Project Operations. Troubleshoot and escalate issues as necessary to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Handle incident and service requests, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- System Configuration & Maintenance – Assist in configuring and maintaining modules within D365 F&O; and Project Operations (Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources).
- Perform regular system checks, updates, and optimizations to ensure peak performance.
- System Enhancements & Process Improvement – Assist in design,



testing, and implementation of recent features, functionalities, or integrations. Collaborate with developers and technical teams for system customizations or integrations.
- Version Upgrades & Patches – Support system upgrades, patches, and new releases of D365 F&O;, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Compliance & Security – Ensure security protocols, compliance standards, and financial regulations are applied within the system.

Essential Skills:
- Minimum 4 years’ proven experience in a support role with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Experience with at least one module: Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, or Project Operations.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes within Finance and Operations.
- Familiarity with D365 F&O; and Project Operations features, functionality, and configuration.
- Strong X++ coding skills, OOPs concepts, and knowledge
