The Branch Head will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence at the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sustainable Branch Growth:
- Own the Profit & Loss (P&L;) accountability, ensuring sustained profitability through optimal resource allocation and cost control.
- Manage branch budgets and performance metrics to ensure profitability
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance revenue streams, deepen customer wallet share and expand market presence.
- Lead and support the Branch team in meeting or exceeding targets.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with regional, marketing teams to achieve branch goals.

2. Customer Relationship Management
- Support in lead conversion for recent customer acquisition
- Engage with customers by providing tailored product recommendations by performing detailed need analysis




- To liaison between the organization and customers, playing a crucial role in building loyalty and driving high-value customers
- Prioritize engagement with high-value customers that he / she is responsible through meaningful conversations
- Ensure customer retention through continuous networking and brand building.
- Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

3. Branch Operational & People Excellence
- Enhance customer experiences by ensuring implementation of standard operating procedures
- Ensure smooth workflow in daily operations, including customer service and customer onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies related to locker and deposit operations.
