Role: Amazon Brand Manager – Premium Traffic & Conversions

We're building a new Premium Traffic & Conversions program and are looking for an experienced Amazon Brand Manager to take full ownership of client accounts.

This is not a traditional PPC role. While Amazon advertising will be a key part of your responsibilities, we need someone who can think like a brand owner and manage everything from ad spend and keyword strategy to listing content, creative direction, organic ranking, and pricing recommendations.

You'll be responsible for driving brand growth through a combination of advertising, conversion optimization, account management, and strategic planning, while serving as the primary point of contact for your clients.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Develop keyword and ranking strategies to improve paid and organic performance.
- Analyze account performance and identify growth opportunities.
- *Review and evaluate listings, main images, listing images, A+ Content,



Brand Story, and Storefronts to improve brand positioning and conversion rates.*
- *Provide clear creative direction and actionable feedback to design, content, and media teams based on brand goals, customer insights, competitor research, and performance data.*
- *Assess creative effectiveness and recommend improvements or testing opportunities to improve CTR, CVR, and overall listing performance.*
- Build and execute growth plans aligned with client goals.
- Monitor key metrics including Revenue, TACOS, ACOS, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Organic Ranking.
- Make recommendations on pricing, promotions, creative strategy, and overall marketplace strategy.
- Lead client communications and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives.

- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon marketplace experience
