In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end medical billing operations with a robust focus on gastroenterology billing. You will work alongside our AI systems to improve claim accuracy, reduce denials, and enhance overall revenue cycle performance. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of payer guidelines, coding rules, and billing workflows and is excited to collaborate with cutting-edge AI to shape the future of healthcare billing.

Core Responsibilities:




- Manage the complete medical billing cycle for gastroenterology services, including charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, and follow-up.
- Review and resolve clearinghouse rejections promptly to ensure timely resubmission of claims.
- Monitor and improve the clean claim rate by identifying root causes of denials and implementing corrective workflows.
- Work directly with our AI billing platform to validate outputs, flag anomalies, and provide expert feedback to continuously improve model accuracy.
- Analyze payer-specific guidelines and apply them accurately across claim submissions to minimize underpayments and denials.
- Apply correct medical coding rules, CPT/ICD-10 codes, and procedure modifiers to ensure compliant and optimized billing.
- Conduct regular audits of billing data and reports to identify trends, errors, and revenue leakage opportunities.
