Role Description
The Business Development Associate will work full time on-site in Bangalore Urban to expand Proxima Skills Academy’s reach among students, professionals, and institutional partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads,



conducting market research to understand demand for programs, and supporting outreach campaigns across relevant channels. The role involves delivering presentations to potential learners and partners, explaining program offerings, and participating in events, seminars, and campus or corporate engagements to promote the academy. The Business Development Associate will maintain accurate records of prospects and interactions, collaborate with internal teams on marketing and admissions initiatives, and contribute to achieving enrollment and partnership targets. This position requires consistent on-site collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to drive growth and strengthen relationships.
