Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for OTR/TBR Tyres in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for dealer network development, achieving sales targets, customer relationship management, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development of OTR/TBR Tyres in the assigned territory.
- Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks for business expansion.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, customers, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business relationships.
- Conduct product promotions, dealer meets,



and market activation activities.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and territory performance updates.

Required Skills & Experience
- Candidates with prior sales experience in the Automobile or Tyre Industry are preferred/required.
- 1–5 years of experience in Tyres, Automotive Products, Batteries, Engineering Goods, Lubricants, or related industries.
- Strong experience in dealer/distributor network management and channel sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Result-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, sales reporting, and MIS.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
