Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 48 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.

Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience recruiting for VLSI,



Semiconductor, Hardware, Testing, and Engineering roles.
- Familiarity with technical profiles such as VLSI Design, Verification, Physical Design, DFT, RTL, Analog/Mixed Signal, Semiconductor Engineering, Hardware Design, Embedded Systems, and Testing.
- Experience sourcing candidates for specialized engineering and technical requirements using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Understanding of technical skills, job descriptions, and candidate evaluation for engineering positions.
