Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior US IT Recruiter with strong experience in full-cycle US IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and closing qualified IT professionals for US-based client requirements.

The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in using Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other US job portals, with a strong understanding of US IT technologies, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using:
- Dice
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Indeed
- Monster and other relevant job portals
- Internal databases and professional networks
- Referrals and other sourcing channels
- Source qualified candidates based on technical skills, experience, location,



work authorization, availability, and client requirements.
- Review and screen resumes to identify the best-fit candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess technical and professional suitability.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Follow up on interview feedback and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Handle offer discussions, compensation negotiations, counteroffers, notice periods, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS/CRM systems.
- Ensure timely submissions and adherence to client SLAs.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Work closely with Business Development Managers, Account Managers, and Delivery teams to understand and fulfill client requirement
