About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive OSS Engineer – Support to handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and support activities for warehouse and industrial automation systems. The candidate will ensure smooth equipment operations, minimize downtime, and maintain system reliability at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of warehouse automation equipment such as conveyors, sorters, weighing machines, PTL systems, ASRS, chutes, etc.
- Conduct routine inspections, calibration, and lubrication of machinery to ensure optimum performance.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control system faults and implement corrective actions.
- Repair and replace faulty mechanical, electrical, and electronic components
- Install,



commission, and integrate new automation systems and upgrades.
- Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, spare inventory records, and equipment documentation.
- Monitor equipment reliability, downtime, and maintenance performance metrics.

Skills Required
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electromechanical systems, PLCs, sensors, and control systems.
- Experience working with conveyors, robotic systems, AGVs, palletizers, and automation equipment.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
