Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical expertise on Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps module to clients, ensuring successful implementation and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps.
Job Requirements :
- 6-14 years of experience in IT services & consulting with a focus on finance operations (FinOps) or similar roles.
- Solid functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps module including financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, procurement etc. .
- Excellent technical skills in MS Office applications such as Excel VBA programming language.
