Role Description This full-time, on-site Technical Recruiter role is based in Gurugram and focuses on sourcing and hiring technical and related talent for UK-based opportunities.



The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including requirement intake, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, conducting structured interviews, assessing technical and cultural fit, and coordinating with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment documentation, ensuring compliance with internal processes, and providing a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up. The Technical Recruiter will collaborate closely with the consultancy team to align hiring strategies with client needs and evolving market trends.
