We are hiring for the position of Branch Manager/Senior Branch Manager with a Reputed Insurance Company.

Role & responsibilities -

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented professionalsfrom the Life Insurance industry, with preference given to candidates having strong Agency Channel experience.

Key Responsibilities-
- Manage and drive branch-level business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the agency/business development team.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage insurance advisors/agents.
- Drive current business generation and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: Minimum 3- 8 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry.
- Preferred Experience: Candidates from the Agency Channel will be preferred.
- Age: Up to 47 years.
- CIBIL Score: Minimum 650 CIBIL score is mandatory.
- Candidates should have good communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
- For Female One Year Gap allowed
