We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Student Mobilizer / Counsellor to support our skill development training programs. The candidate will be responsible for mobilising students, counselling prospective candidates, conducting follow-ups, and coordinating with students and the training centre to ensure smooth program participation.

Key Responsibilities
- Mobilise and encourage students to enrol in skill development training programs.
- Identify and connect with prospective students through various channels.
- Counsel candidates and provide information about available training programs, eligibility, and benefits.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates and support them through the enrolment process.
- Coordinate with students and the training centre regarding batches, schedules, attendance, and other requirements.
- Maintain proper records of student enquiries, follow-ups, and enrolments.
- Assist in organising student mobilisation activities, awareness drives, and outreach activities.




- Build positive relationships with students and ensure timely communication.
- Support the team in achieving student enrolment and mobilisation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- SSC / HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong convincing, counselling, and follow-up abilities.
- Willingness to interact with students and work in the field when required.
- Good coordination and relationship-management skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
