Primary Responsibilities: #*Manage day-to-day potroom operations, ensuring secure and efficient running of all pots.

Monitor and control critical process parameters including bath chemistry, temperature, alumina feeding, voltage, and anode-cathode distance.

Ensure optimum pot health, minimizing anode effects, instability, and process deviations.

Drive adherence to standard operating practices (SOPs) and best-in-class pot operation techniques.

Achieve targeted metal production, current efficiency, and productivity KPIs for the assigned room.

Monitor daily production metrics and implement actions to eliminate losses and improve output.

Ensure quality of molten metal meets specified standards.*#
