Job Title: Investment Counsellor Wealth Products

Role Overview
- We are looking for an Investment Counsellor Wealth Products to support Relationship Managers (RMs) in identifying, positioning, and converting suitable investment solutions for clients.
- The role will act as a bridge between the Sales, Product, and AMC/Product Partner teams, providing
- product expertise, investment insights, and sales support to help RMs effectively communicate and execute wealth product opportunities.
- The individual will work closely with RMs and clients to understand investment requirements, articulate product propositions, and support the investment decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities

1. RM & Sales Support
- Work closely with RMs to identify suitable investment opportunities based on client requirements, portfolio objectives, and risk profiles.
- Support RMs in positioning and selling wealth products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Fixed Income, Structured Products, and other investment solutions.




- Participate in client meetings along with RMs to explain investment products, strategies, risks, and suitability.
- Assist RMs in converting product opportunities into actual investments through effective product articulation and solution-based conversations.
- Provide timely responses to product-related queries raised by RMs and clients.
- Conduct product training and regular knowledge sessions for RMs and sales teams.

2. Investment Product Advisory & Communication
- Develop a robust understanding of investment products, including investment strategies, portfolio construction, performance, risks, and suitability.
- Translate complex investment concepts into simple, effective, and client-friendly communication.
- Prepare product pitches, talking points, product comparisons, FAQs, and sales enablement material.
- Provide market and product insights to RMs to help identify relevant client opportunities.
