Job Summary

We are looking for a Nursing Assistant Trainee to join our hospital team. The selected candidate will receive practical training and assist the nursing team in providing quality patient care under supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and other basic daily activities.
- Assist nurses with routine patient-care activities as instructed.
- Help with patient positioning, transfers, and transportation.
- Maintain cleanliness and comfort of patient beds and surroundings.
- Observe patients and promptly report any changes or concerns to the assigned nurse.
- Assist in maintaining patient-care supplies and equipment.
- Follow infection-control, hygiene, safety, and hospital procedures.
- Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
- Provide courteous and compassionate support to patients and their attendants.




- Work effectively with nurses and other hospital staff.
- Complete assigned duties and training requirements responsibly.

Requirements
- Qualification: Nursing Assistant / Healthcare Assistant course preferred. Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-friendly attitude.
- Willingness to learn and work under supervision.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Previous hospital experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
