As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing, creating, managing, and optimizing content across all major social media platforms. You will lead the content planning calendar, mentor interns, and work collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams to build a solid brand identity and community online. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns to meet KPIs: leads, conversions, traffic, reach.
- Create ad creatives in collaboration with the design team and write compelling ad copies tailored to target audiences.
- Define audience segments, set up targeting parameters, and conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data and deliver performance reports with actionable insights.





Content Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a robust social media strategy aligned with the brand’s marketing goals.
- Oversee content creation (graphics, videos, stories, reels, carousels) for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and regular engagement.

Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the design, video, and marketing teams to conceptualize campaigns and brand visuals.

Community Engagement:
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and managing online communities.
- Monitor and boost community participation in challenges, contests, and live sessions.

Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report social media KPIs (engagement, growth, reach) using tools like Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
