We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager with proven expertise in the Security Industry to drive key account acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end sales strategy executionfrom identifying prospective B2B clients to leading high-value commercial tenders and managing client relationships. You will work closely with operations and branch leadership to deliver customized physical and integrated tech security solutions across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors.

Role & responsibilities

• Proactively map, target, and acquire high-value enterprise accounts (commercial real estate, manufacturing, IT/ITeS, infrastructure, and retail).

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly,



and annual recent-business revenue targets.

• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, cold outreach, consultative pitch deck presentation, site surveys, financial proposal drafting, and contract closing.
