Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and well-presented Customer Relationship Executive to join our sweet store. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, assisting with product selection, handling customer queries and complaints, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable sweets, snacks, gift boxes, and other products.
- Explain product varieties, prices, offers, ingredients, and packaging options.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Manage customer orders and coordinate with the store team for timely preparation and delivery.




- Follow up with customers regarding orders, bulk requirements, and special occasions.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with regular and new customers.
- Maintain customer details and order history accurately.
- Support festive, wedding, corporate, and bulk-order sales.
- Coordinate with the billing, kitchen/production, packing, and delivery teams.
- Collect customer feedback and share important feedback with the Store Manager.
- Inform customers about recent products, promotions, loyalty programs, and special offers.
- Ensure proper presentation and cleanliness of the customer service area.
- Support the store team during peak hours, weekends, and festive seasons.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and represent the brand positively.
