Job Title: Finance Associate (CA)

Location: Bangalore Whitefield (Hybrid) 3 days WFO/week

Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join our finance team. The role will focus on core accounting and General Ledger (GL) operations, with strong exposure to financial closing, compliance, and audits. Prior audit experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end General Ledger accounting activities
- Ensure accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and provisions
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP / Ind AS and statutory requirements
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and schedules




- Maintain accounting documentation and ensure process controls
- Support continuous improvement of accounting processes

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Controllership & GL activities
- Working knowledge of Accounting, GST, and TDS
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in core accounting/GL
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS / GAAP)
- Audit experience (Big 4 / mid-sized firms preferred)
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work in tight timelines

Good to Have:
- Experience working in a corporate finance / shared services environment
- Exposure to process improvements or automation initiatives
- Prior experience in handling multiple entities
