HireKeyz Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is a staffing and recruitment organization supporting clients with talent acquisition and workforce solutions. We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Noida.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the US staffing industry, strong sourcing skills, and a good understanding of the complete US recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT staffing requirements.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable IT professionals within the required turnaround time.
- Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and internal databases.
- Work on different employment types including W2, C2C, 1099,



and Full-Time/Permanent positions.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, work authorization, compensation expectations, and availability.
- Conduct initial screening calls and explain job requirements clearly to candidates.
- Negotiate pay rates and compensation with candidates and consultants.
- Submit qualified candidates to Account Managers and clients with complete and accurate information.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-up with candidates.
- Manage candidates throughout the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, onboarding, and joining.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Maintain recruitment activities and candidate records in the ATS or internal recruitment database.
