IT Recruiters : Freshers/Mid-Level/Lead

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for IT Recruiters at Fresher, Mid-Level, and Lead levels. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT and technical positions across various technologies and domains.



IT Recruiters will coordinate interviews, manage communication between candidates and hiring managers, and support offer negotiation and onboarding processes. They will maintain accurate recruitment data, build talent pipelines through proactive outreach, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs. Lead-level professionals may also mentor junior recruiters, refine recruitment strategies, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
