- Lead complete plant operations, production and manufacturing activities.
- Plan and achieve production targets while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Manage Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and related plant functions.
- Drive productivity, cost reduction, capacity utilization and process improvement.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety and manufacturing standards.
- Lead, develop and manage the plant workforce.
- Coordinate with R&D;/Design, Purchase, Sales, Quality and other departments.
- Monitor KPIs related to production, quality, cost, delivery and productivity.
- Implement continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
