About the Role:
- We are launching a current on-demand transportation and logistics platform that connects vehicle partners with businesses looking for reliable transportation services.
- We are looking for Business Development & Field Scouts who will contribute to both sides of the marketplace: vehicle partner onboarding and business/client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vehicle Partner Onboarding:
- Identify and approach commercial vehicle owners and drivers through field visits and provided leads/databases.
- Explain the platform, earning opportunities, commission structure, and other benefits to potential vehicle partners.
- Assist with driver and vehicle onboarding and documentation.
- Build and maintain a network of active vehicle partners.




- Follow up with onboarded partners and encourage regular platform activity.

2. Business and Client Onboarding:
- Identify businesses that regularly require transportation and delivery services.
- Approach retailers, distributors, wholesalers, restaurants, e-commerce sellers, and other relevant businesses.
- Present the platform's value proposition, including competitive pricing, vehicle availability, and reliable service.
- Onboard businesses and assist them in getting started on the platform.
- Build relationships and generate recurring business demand.

3. Market and Field Intelligence:
- Identify locations and market segments with strong vehicle supply and transportation demand.
- Observe competitor pricing, commission structures, and market practices.
- Collect feedback from drivers, vehicle owners, and businesses.
- Share field insights with the business and operations teams to help improve pricing, availability, and service quality.
