About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Key Account Manager – Meesho
to manage and grow our business on the Meesho marketplace. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in
Meesho account management, sales growth, marketplace operations, advertising, cataloguing, and account performance
.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete
Meesho account
and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve
monthly sales and revenue targets
.
- Monitor key business metrics including
GMV, orders, conversion rate, traffic, returns, cancellations, and profitability
.
- Plan, manage, and optimize
Meesho Ads
to improve visibility, sales, and ROAS.
- Manage product
cataloguing, listings, pricing, content, images, and product visibility
.
- Identify top-performing and underperforming SKUs and implement strategies accordingly.
- Plan and execute
offers, promotions, deals,



and sale campaigns
.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product assortment, promotions, and market trends.
- Ensure adequate
inventory availability
and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.
- Track and resolve marketplace-related issues such as
orders, returns, cancellations, payments, penalties, and account health
.
- Prepare regular
sales and performance reports
and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams including
warehouse, operations, finance, marketing, and customer support
.
- Maintain effective communication with the
Meesho account/category team
.
- Identify recent opportunities to increase sales, improve margins, and grow the overall Meesho business.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
in Meesho or marketplace account management.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of
Meesho Seller Panel
and marketplace operations.
- Experience managing
Meesho Ads and pr
