Assistant Brand Manager -

About the Role -
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager to support the planning, coordination and execution of its brand and marketing initiatives.
- Working closely with the Brand Manager, the role will support campaigns across digital, social media, retail marketing, events, activations, influencer marketing, tenant communication and on-ground brand initiatives.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of consumer marketing, excellent coordination and project-management capabilities, and the ability to work effectively across multiple internal teams, agencies, retail brands and external partners.
This is a hands-on brand management role that requires a balance of marketing understanding, execution capabilities, stakeholder management and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities -

Brand & Campaign Management -
- Support the Brand Manager in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals and execution across internal and external teams.




- Develop clear creative and campaign briefs in coordination with the Brand Manager.
- Support the execution of seasonal campaigns, festival communication, sale campaigns, current store launches and brand initiatives.
- Ensure communication across touchpoints is aligned with approved brand guidelines.
- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure deliverables are completed according to timelines.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and document key learnings.

Social Media & Content Coordination -
- Coordinate with the content, creative and social media teams for monthly and campaign-specific content requirements.
- Support development and management of social media content calendars.
- Prepare briefs for social media creatives, Reels, videos and other content assets.
- Review content for accuracy, brand consistency and communication alignment.
- Track relevant social media trends and competitor act
