DigitalVia Technologies is hiring an enthusiastic Academic Counselor to guide aspiring students in selecting the right digital marketing courses based on their career goals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counseling skills along with a positive understanding of digital marketing concepts to effectively explain course offerings and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding digital marketing courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' educational background, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
- Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in visits.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling and regular follow-ups.




- Explain course curriculum, career prospects, placement support, and learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counseling sessions, and admissions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
- Achieve monthly admission targets while maintaining excellent student satisfaction.
- Participate in educational seminars, webinars, workshops, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualification is mandatory .
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing concepts, including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Website Basics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
