Job Title: Tele-caller / Inside Sales Executive

Location: Gurugram

Key Responsibilities

 Make a minimum of 70 outbound calls per day to prospective clients/customers

 Explain products/services and generate interest/leads

 Maintain calling records and update CRM/Sales sheet accordingly

 Maintain good communication and relationship with clients

Required Qualifications & Experience

 Education: Graduate in any discipline

 Experience: Minimum 3 years in tele calling / telesales / customer support

 Good communication skills

 Ability to convince and handle client queries professionally

 Basic computer knowledge & MS Office skills

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Target-oriented and self-motivated

 Pleasant and professional phone etiquette

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
