Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day finance and accounts operations, ensuring timely and accurate bookkeeping.Assist and review monthly MIS, financial statements, cash flow reports, and management dashboards.Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, reimbursements, and bank reconciliations.Support budgeting, forecasting,



and variance analysis for different business units and cost centres.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory filings (in coordination with consultants where required).Assist in internal audits and process reviews.Maintain and update asset registers, expense tracking, and cost allocation on a regular basis.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Admissions, etc.) for financial data, approvals, and process streamlining.Support senior management with data-driven insights, financial models, and ad-hoc analyses for decision-making.Contribute to automation, system improvements, and implementation of best practices in accounting and reporting.

Requirements / Qualifications
