Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and customer-friendly Restaurant Captain to manage daily shop operations at Licksters. The ideal candidate will lead the service team, ensure excellent customer experience, and maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and discipline.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the ice cream & popsicles shop
- Handle customers politely and resolve complaints effectively
- Manage staff duty schedules and ensure punctuality
- Ensure proper serving, billing, and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Monitor stock, freezers, and display counters
- Train staff on service etiquette and Licksters brand standards
- Coordinate with management for smooth operations

Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years experience as Captain / Supervisor / Senior Staff (F&B; preferred)

- Valuable communication skills (Hindi / English / Gujarati preferred)
- Leadership and team-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems
- Neat appearance and customer-first attitude

Preferred Qualities
- Experience in ice cream parlour, café, or QSR
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends & holidays
- Honest, disciplined, and energetic personality
