We are looking for a hands-on engineer to design and build a scalable simulation and performance-testing framework for a decentralized mesh networking platform supporting 1,000+ virtual nodes.

Key Responsibilities
- Build distributed simulation/test frameworks for 1,000+ virtual nodes.
- Test message reliability, latency, throughput, concurrency, and scalability.
- Simulate node join/leave, failures, recovery, and self-healing scenarios.
- Develop performance, load, resilience, and long-duration soak tests.
- Deploy and scale test infrastructure using Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
- Implement monitoring, metrics, logging, and performance analysis.

Required Skills
- Robust Python and/or Go development experience.
- Distributed systems and network/protocol testing experience.
- Performance, scalability, load, and resilience engineering.
- Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Terraform/IaC and CI/CD.
- Observability/telemetry tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
