Preferred candidate profile
- 12+ years of experience across business transformation, process excellence, and operations management.
- Strong track record of independently managing transformation initiatives and delivering measurable, business-validated outcomes.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders across complex programs.
- Robust client-facing experience, with the ability to engage confidently with Director- and VP-level stakeholders.
Additional Selection Criteria
- Advanced expertise in process excellence, evidenced by a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification or active pursuit of the certification.
- Experience collaborating with clients to design, develop, and operationalize repeatable products, tools, frameworks, or solution offerings that drive measurable business value.
- Recognized credentials in Digital Transformation, Design Thinking, Agile Delivery, or Change Management, demonstrating a commitment to modern business and technology practices.
