Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting real estate offerings that meet client requirements. The Business Development Specialist will conduct market research to understand local property trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, coordinating site visits, presenting suitable property options,



and supporting clients throughout the decision-making process. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate information, timely follow-up, and high-quality customer service.
