Bilingual Customer Support Representative – French/English Leadership Development Opportunity | India

We are looking for a strong French/English bilingual Customer Support Representative with excellent judgment, initiative, communication skills, and the potential to grow into future leadership responsibilities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership beyond their day-to-day queue.

What You’ll Do
- Provide professional customer support in both French and English
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and live chat
- Resolve account, billing, service, and general support issues
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow through on outstanding items
- Work across different areas of the account as business needs change
- Identify recurring issues, trends, or process gaps and communicate them proactively
- Support operational projects, process improvements, training, and other team initiatives
- Manage multiple priorities while knowing when to act independently and when to escalate





What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in French and English, spoken
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to take ownership of a task or issue through completion
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities
- Adaptable and willing to learn different areas of the operation
- Proactive communication — you raise questions, risks, and updates before someone has to ask
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working with Canadian customers and within a North American business environment
- Reliable, accountable, and receptive to coaching

Experience in any of the following is a strong asset:
- Content moderation
- Customer service or technical support
- BPO or contact centre environments
- Quality assurance or escalation handling
- Project or process improvement work
