PBI Visual Lead/Architect

Must have business experience, with working knowledge of business analysis, process improvement, business transformation, and/or business strategy development within complex organizations and business architecture.

o General knowledge of business architecture tools and concepts.
o Expert in Enterprise capabilities across all Guidewire instances.
o Supports enterprise Guidewire conformance, helping identify internal implications of strategic choices.




o Provides business consulting services to segments
o Contributes to clarification of goals and strategy.
o Leads and conducts business capability discovery and analysis (moderate/high scope/complexity).
o Leads and conducts capability assessments (moderate scope/complexity).
o Provides insight and analysis into business and operating model design.
o Monitors traceability and linkage between design and execution planning.
o Supports ongoing improvement of the design over time.
o Perform other duties as assigned.
