Location: Gurgaon / Jaipur

Qualification & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 1618 years of experience in QHSE/Quality/Safety within Infrastructure, Power or EPC industry.
- 3–5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Strong experience in Transmission Lines, Substations and/or Renewable Energy projects.
- Certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Lead Auditor and NEBOSH.

Communication & Decision-Making Skills

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QHSE policies, systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, statutory requirements and customer requirements.
- Lead quality and HSE activities across projects, sites and suppliers.
- Monitor NCRs, RCA, CAPA, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular project/site QHSE audits and inspections.
- Drive safety culture, risk management and accident prevention.
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Prepare QHSE dashboards, KPIs and management reports.
- Represent the organization in customer, regulatory and certification audits.
- Lead, develop and mentor the QHSE team across multiple projects
