Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Billing & Estimation Engineer to handle project estimation, quantity surveying, billing, and cost-control activities. The ideal candidate should have 3–7 years of experience in the construction, infrastructure, or real estate industry, with strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis, and project billing.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates based on drawings and project specifications.
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, Final Bills, Contractor Bills, and Client Bills.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to determine project quantities.
- Conduct rate analysis and prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, and subcontracting works.
- Verify site measurements and quantities executed against approved BOQs.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Contractors, Consultants, and Clients for billing requirements.
- Track project costs and monitor budget utilization.




- Prepare quantity reconciliation statements for materials and executed works.
- Identify variations, deviations, and additional works and maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare tender estimates, quotations, comparative statements, and cost reports.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, work orders, and supporting documents.
- Assist in contract administration and ensure billing is carried out as per contractual terms.
- Prepare regular MIS reports related to project billing, estimation, and cost control.

Requirements
- Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. A certification/course in Quantity Surveying or Project Management is an added advantage.
- Experience: 3–7 years of experience as a Billing Engineer, Estimation Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, or similar role in Construction, Infrastructure, or Real Estate.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, rate analysis, RA billing, final billing, and cost estimation.
