Role:

Actively participate in software configuration and testing projects through initiation, analysis, execution, and implementation phases. This is a hands-on techno functional role that will engage with cross functional business and technology team members through the project lifecycle, to develop and configure the business requirements to ensure that solutions meet the original business requirements. The Business Analyst takes ownership and drives collaboration across disciplines to help deliver solutions that meet all the stakeholder needs and client expectations.

Key Result Areas:
- Assist the Product Solution Lead/ Manager in driving the implementation
- Guide and mentor Jr. BA in the team and drive their deliverables
- Understand and analyze requirements and translate the requirements into a functional solution and configure the solution in the product.
- Work closely with SME/Product Owner to establish exact requirements and manage expectations.
- Participate in full life cycle of design, development, and testing phases.
- Identify issues, structure,



and conduct necessary analysis and draw conclusions and finding with limited guidance or handholding.
- Work with technical team on user stories as needed
- Answer business questions and concerns as needed.
- Maintain requirements traceability and conduct unit testing against requirements.
- Participate in project planning, tracking and sprint ceremonies.

To thrive in this role, you must have: (Experience Required, Mandatory Skills, Technology, stack tools experience, etc.)
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering or any field, from recognized university
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar roles.
- Quick learner.
- Solid logic building and application skills. Knowledge of any programming language is a plus.
- Strong verbal, written communication, and active listening skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
