- Manage the end-to-end KYC process for current and existing customers.
- Collect, review and validate KYC documents such as PAN, Aadhaar, passport, address proof, incorporation documents and other supporting documents.
- Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) based on customer risk classification.
- Conduct Customer Identification and Verification as per applicable KYC and AML policies.
- Verify customer information through internal systems and approved external databases.
- Perform PEP (Politically Exposed Person), Sanctions, Watchlist and Adverse Media screening.
- Conduct UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) identification and verification for corporate and institutional customers.
- Review ownership structures, source of funds and source of wealth wherever applicable.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, document deficiencies and potential red flags.
- Raise and track KYC queries with customers, relationship managers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely resolution of KYC exceptions and maintain proper documentation.




- Perform KYC remediation and periodic reviews of existing customers.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring and escalate suspicious or unusual customer activity to the appropriate compliance team.
- Maintain accurate KYC records and ensure all customer information is updated in the relevant systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal KYC, AML, CDD and EDD policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper audit trails and support internal and external audits.
- Prepare KYC-related reports, MIS and daily/weekly/monthly productivity reports.
- Meet defined TAT, productivity and quality targets.
- Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Operations, Sales/Relationship Managers and other stakeholders.
- Escalate high-risk customers and complex cases according to the organization's escalation matrix.
