ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in line with the university/board curriculum
- Prepare course plans, lesson notes, question banks, and assessment materials
- Evaluate assignments, internal assessments, and examinations in a timely manner
- Guide and mentor students on academic performance, projects, and career development
- Undertake research activities, publish papers in peer-reviewed journals, and encourage a research culture among students
- Participate in curriculum design, academic audits, and accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA as applicable)
- Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, FDPs, and conferences
- Support departmental administrative activities, including attendance, records, and reporting




- Collaborate with fellow faculty members on interdisciplinary academic initiatives
- Maintain discipline and a positive, inclusive learning workplace in the classroom

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Ph.D. M.E. M.Tech in the relevant discipline (as per UGC/AICTE norms)NET SET SLET qualification preferred where applicable
- Prior teaching or industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Genuine interest in research, mentoring, and student development
- 1-5 years of teaching/academic experience in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Should have completed M.E/ M.tech in compputer related Streams.
