Requirements • 15+ years of relevant industry experience and specifically Confirmation drafting experience. • High ethical standards and strong control mind-set • Demonstrates Executive presence in interactions with various stakeholders • Ability to manage and develop strategic plans for Business • Ability to manage alliances, Client relationships and cross functional initiatives • Technical Skills/ Business Domain, Soft Skills, Settlements/ Cash management operations background • Highly Motivated and excellent time management and prioritization skills • Effective communication skills and ability to work in high pressure setting • Ability to analyse issues,



make judgement calls that positively impact the firm and derive solutions • Proactive approach to manage risk • Translate data into key business metrics and decision making • Build a culture and process to identify, mitigate and control operational risk, audit and regulators • Require in depth understanding and experience of Trade life cycle • Expertise in technical skills like Alteryx, Power BI, Robotics, Machine Learning etc. • Understanding of how AI based frameworks work. Affinity to leverage AI for automation • Strong Analytical mindset and experience in building Data Visuals for senior management
