Role & responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing methods using job boards, social media, and networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further assessments.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated with industry trends, hiring best practices, and market conditions

Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Graduation
- Experience: 1yr+
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS,



and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet hiring deadlines.
