Job_description
1. Managing End to End Performance Management, 3. Channelizing Learning & Development program across companies, being a true employee connect , 4. Experience in HR Business Partnering and organizational development, 5. Recruitment.
Key_Responsibilities
1. Performance Management System- Manage the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and appraisal cycles.
2. Employee Engagement - Lead employee engagement and employee connect initiatives to enhance workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and retention.
3. Training and Development - Design, coordinate,



and implement Training & Development programs based on organizational and employee development needs.
4. HR Business Partnering - Act as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) by partnering with business leaders, providing HR guidance, and supporting people-related initiatives. Prepare and present HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
5. Recruitment - Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
