We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead the complete HR function at Lafayette Foods Pvt. Ltd.

The role will have end-to-end ownership of recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, performance management and HR operations across our food and hospitality business.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in F&B;, hospitality, retail, QSR or another fast-growing consumer business and be comfortable managing both corporate and frontline workforce requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Own end-to-end recruitment across restaurants, cafés, central kitchen, corporate and leadership roles.
- Independently manage high-volume hiring for F&B; positions including Chefs, Sous Chefs, Baristas, Captains, service staffs and other operational roles.
- Source, screen, interview and coordinate candidates through the complete recruitment process.
- Work closely with operations managers and leadership to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics including open positions, hiring timelines and joining ratios.

Payroll & Employee Management
- Manage monthly payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
- Manage employee joining, exit, full & final settlement, leave, attendance and salary records.
- Resolve employee queries related to salaries, deductions, benefits and statutory payments.
- Maintain accurate employee master data and HRMIS records.
- Ensure proper documentation of offer letters, appointment letters, employment contracts and employee files.

Statutory Compliance
- Coordinate and manage PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, TDS and other applicable statutory compliances.
