- Experience in Occupational Health / Industrial Health
- Pre-employment and periodic medical examination of employees
- Fitness assessment for recent joiners, existing employees and contract workers
- Occupational health surveillance for employees exposed to dust, chemicals, noise, heat, vibration and other workplace hazards
- Conducting and reviewing Periodic Medical Examination (PME)
- First-aid and emergency medical management at the workplace
- Assessment and management of occupational injuries and illnesses
- Maintaining employee medical records and confidential health records
- Health counselling and awareness programmes for employees
- Monitoring workplace-related health risks and recommending preventive measures




- Coordination with Factory Management, EHS/Safety team and statutory authorities
- Supporting statutory medical requirements under the Factories Act and applicable Tamil Nadu Factories Rules
- Experience in handling medical emergencies, accident cases and occupational health referrals
- Advising management on fitness, work restrictions and return-to-work assessments

Pay: ₹82,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
