IITS is looking for a motivated Academic Counsellor to handle B2B education leads, communicate with partner organisations, provide course guidance, and support the admission/conversion process.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads and enquiries through calls and other communication channels.
- Communicate with B2B partners and students regarding courses and admissions.
- Provide appropriate course and admission guidance.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve assigned targets and conversion goals.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM/portal.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams.

Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Solid interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Experience in telecalling and counselling preferred.
- Strong lead conversion and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer and CRM/portal knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
