Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Junior Executive to support the digital marketing activities of our sweets, savouries, chats and restaurant retail outlets. The candidate will be responsible for social media management, content coordination, online promotions, customer engagement and digital campaign execution to improve brand visibility, footfall and sales.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
- Manage daily activities on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and publish posts, reels, stories and promotional content.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers and video creators for marketing content.




- Maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages, reviews and customer interactions.

2. Content & Promotions
- Create engaging content around sweets, savouries, chats, meals, beverages, offers and current products.
- Promote festive offers and seasonal campaigns for occasions such as Diwali, Pongal, Christmas, Recent Year and other special events.
- Coordinate outlet-level promotions and digital campaigns.
- Ensure brand guidelines, product information and pricing are accurately communicated.

3. Digital Campaign Support
- Assist in planning and executing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, reach, engagement, leads and conversions.
- Coordinate with agencies or external digital marketing partners when required.
- Support promotional campaigns aimed at increasing store visits, online orders and customer engagement.
