We are looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, good sourcing expertise, and the ability to close positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Shortlist suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and clients/hiring managers for interview feedback.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline and maintain candidate databases.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment-related terms.
- Ensure smooth offer rollout and joining of selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
