Role & responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door face-to-face surveys with residents.
- Ask questions from a structured questionnaire.
- Record responses accurately using a mobile phone/tablet.
- Follow survey instructions and maintain a neutral, non-leading approach.
- Ensure collected information is complete and accurate.
- Visit assigned households/areas and achieve daily/weekly survey targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of respondents and collected information.
- Report field progress and observations to the project supervisor.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree / Graduation from a recognized university.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Punjabi and working knowledge of English.
- Comfortable speaking with people from different backgrounds.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
- Comfortable working outdoors and visiting households.
- Basic smartphone and data-entry skills.
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently.
