We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage end-to-end reconciliation and dispute handling activities for NETC (National Electronic Toll Collection) operations. The role requires close coordination with NPCI, partner banks, toll operators, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate settlement, timely reconciliation, and closure of disputes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end reconciliation of NETC (Acquiring) transactions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring accuracy across Switch, NPCI, bank statements, and internal systems.
Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies related to settlements, transactions, and GL postings, ensuring timely closure of all reconciliation breaks.
Manage the complete dispute lifecycle, including raising, tracking, and resolving cases with NPCI, Banks, and toll plazas within defined TAT, along with maintaining proper documentation to avoid any verdicts.
Coordinate with NPCI, banks, toll operators, and internal teams (tech, finance,
operations) for reconciliation, dispute resolution, and escalations.
Ensure compliance with NPCI guidelines, support audits, and drive process improvements and automation initiatives. Monitor settlements and fund flows, ensuring GL accuracy and timely escalation/resolution of exceptions.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in reconciliation and dispute handling
- Strong understanding of NETC / Fastag / NPCI processes (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in reconciliation and dispute management
- Knowledge of settlement cycles, chargebacks, and exceptions handling
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced) and reporting tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines
